بعد از مدت ها

بعد از مدت ها اومدم اینجا سری بزنم. مثل بازکدن یک صندوقچه قدیمی که سالهاست زیر تخت می مونه ( تو نسخه هالیوودیش  میشه ته دریا او یک کشتی غرق شده )  نزدیک به چهار سال پیش اخرین پست رو گذاشتم. بعد از بسته شدن بلاگ اسپات در ایران دیگه سخت شد سر زدن به اینجا

در این مدت در فیس بوکو چند جای دیگه متن هایی گذاشتم و حتی پینترست امکانات خیلی بیشتری از کاری که اینجا میکردم رو 

برام تهیه کرد ولی الان به نظر میرسه اینجا الان محیط خلوت تر و دنج تری شده برای فعالیت  

خیلی جدی دارم فکر می کنم مطالبی رو که جاهای دیگه گذاشته بودم بیارم اینجا جمع بشن

پس حالا که در صندوق رو باز کردم یه چیزهایی بهش اضافه می کنم

LALLA ESSAYDI

Moroccan born photographer, Lalla Essaydi incorporates layers of Islamic calligraphy applied by hand with henna, in tandem with poses directly inspired by 19th Century Orientalist painting. Lalla Essaydi attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, in Boston where she received a MFA. Collections that have her work include: The Williams College Museum of Art; The Chicago Art Institute; The Kodak Museum; The Fries Museum, The Netherlands; The Museum of Fine Arts Houston; The Santa Barbara Museum of Art, California and The Colorado Museum of Art.

Dazzle-Ships

“Dazzle camouflage was a paint scheme used on ships extensively during World War I and to a lesser extent in World War II. It consisted of a complex pattern of geometric shapes in contrasting colours, interrupting and intersecting each other.

“Dazzle did not conceal the ship but made it difficult for the enemy to estimate its type, size, speed and heading. The idea was to disrupt the visual rangefinders used for naval artillery. Its purpose was confusion rather than concealment.”
